Xero, or Coltrane Walker, is an anti-hero from DC Comics featured in the comic Xero.
What Makes Him an Ensemble Dark Horse?[]
- He only appeared in his 12 issue long series, which was supposed to be an on-going series but was cancelled, and never appeared in any other comics. Leading him to be an extremely minor character in the DC continuity of comics.
- He had a resurgence in popularity after people went searching for black mains in comics, from the 1900s. Many found the cancelled comic and shared it. It was quickly viewed as underrated by multiple groups of people.
- His character development is praised. He has what many call an interesting struggle, and liked to see him grow as a person.
- His fights and conflicts are seen as engaging as well as dynamic to many fans.
