Why Do People Love The Character?	Siobhan is adored by the audience for being a surrogate mother with sympathy towards the once-maddened Sweet Dreams Troupe creatures. Her design being adored for being unique for an NPCs that people wished her to be a playable character. Also, she's attractive.

Siobhan is a supporting major character in turn-based role-playing video game Honkai Star Rail. She is the Second to the Head of Iris Family, adopted by Maeven Ellis. Siobhan prefers to work in solitude rather than in public as a drinksmith running Dreamjolt Hostelry. She becomes a surrogate mother towards a newly reformed Dreamjolt Troupe creatures in The Reverie (Dreamscape), believing that there's a unique emotional connection between the Sweet Dreams Troupe creatures and people.

She is voiced by Laila Berzins in English dub.

• Siobhan has a pretty unique design for an NPC, being a female Halovian with a boyish hairstyle with masculine attire. The Western fanbase easily recognize that she had a butch-lesbian style haircut like Vi from League of Legends.
  • As to be expected, Laila Berzin's voice performance in Trailblaze Mission dialogues captures the Western Fanbase. 
• At one time, the camera gazes behind Siobhan, making male audience know how attractive Siobhan is.
• The event story Vignettes in a Cup focuses on the Dreamjolt Hostelry and the bartender confidant with her. Aside that, the audience reveals the story of the reason why Dreamjolt Hostelry is formed for rehabilitation towards the now-reformed Sweet Dreams Troupe creatures.
  • While the Dreamjolt Troupe creatures were treated as a mere "monster" by other people in Penacony, Siobhan is very much sympathetic towards them so that she can reform the mechanical creatures to have a better life as part of Dreamjolt Hostelry.
  • Siobhan herself also has a sad backstory when her parents abandoned her in the Dreampool before being found by hotel staff, upon which she's adopted by Maeven Ellis of Iris Family as an adopted daughter.
• Aside the Dreamjolt Hostelry gang, Her amicable relationships with Gallagher, March 7th, and The Trailblazer. March 7th compares her to Serval because of her appearance and personality.
• In Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription story event where Siobhan returns as a guest in Penacony Paperfold University, she doesn't hesitate to call out Fortune Academy Dean for his hypocrisy, claiming that Rappa's band is bad to Galactic Society while the band gathers positive attention, and he deliberately sabotage the band by kidnapping Arfey to spite The Trailblazer. She enjoyed Rappa's music band's efforts, proving wrong the Fortune Academy Dean.
