Mechanical Aristocrat Screwllum I, simply known as Screwllum, is a supporting character in Science-Fantasy turn based role-playing video game Honkai Star Rail. He is 76th member of Genius Society, and lives on, and is the ruler of, Planet Screwllum as well. He is Herta's longtime buddy and one of the creators of Simulated Universe and Divergent Universe using his planet's technology. He's known to oppose a fellow Genius Society member, Emperor Rubert I, after Rubert perpetrates the war to kill all organic lifeforms.

He is voiced by Steven Kelly in English Dub, Zhao Yang (赵洋) in Chinese Dub, Uchida Yūya (内田夕夜) in Japanese Dub, and Kim Min-kyu (이민규) in Korean Dub.

• In General, Screwllum, who recognized for having created Planet Screwllum, is adored by the fanbase for his unfailingly polite and gentlemanly behavior to everyone around him, including his enemy rival, Silver Wolf from Stellaron Hunters.
  • The one-time Screwllum can be intimidating despite his gentlemanly nature is at the Adventure Mission, The Trees At Peace. In which he intimidates even the Bloodhound Member into revealing the whereabouts of his fellow 79th Genius Society member, Chadwick, by threatening them with his planetary diplomacy, which means, His own planet's forces will go to war with them and he's pretty serious.
• Screwllum also known for his harmony of the race of Organic and Mechanical Lifeforms world view in spite of seeing the universe is imperfect. This also the reason why he's against Rubert's Idea of organicide as a solution to end the Robotic Racism, in spite both Screwllum and Rubert being robotic lifeforms (Implied to be different intellitron subspecies, ethnicity, or any kinds of category, not to mention Planet Screwllum is also named Intellitron Planet IX).
  • He ended Rubert's War on Organics with logical thinking with his harmony philosophy. Though Polka was responsible behind Rubert's murder. Though He and Herta found a still-operational Emperor's Scepter in Amphoreus.
  • Because of one of the Anti-Organic Equation Scepter of Emperor Rubert was revealed to be functional without being noticed in Amphoreus, Screwllum eventually has a major role in assisting Herta in Amphoreus Trailblaze Story Arc. He also suspected that Lygus was the person who manages the Simulated World of Amphoreus.
• Screwllum has a business with Silver Wolf since the Stellaron Hunter invades the Planet Screwllum for hunting an alleged Stellaron. The rivalry continues in the theft of Aether Cartridge in Herta Space Station. He manages to outsmart the hacker's schemes with the help of Genius Society Member #83, Herta and The Trailblazer.
• His dynamics with Stephen Lloyd, Ruan Mei, and Herta for being the creators of Simulated Universe and Dr. Ratio as the creator of Divergent Universe as well.
• Many fanbase hopes Screwllum to become a playable character.
