Shitty Crappy Doo (better known as Scrappy-Doo) is the main antagonist of season 2 of the HBO TV series Velma. He is a failed military project made to stop teens from protesting against the animal abuse going on in the government. He was voiced by Jason Mantzoukas.

What Makes Him an Ensemble Dark Horse?[]

Despite only appearing in 2 episodes and only being mentioned in 1 episode, he's easily considered the most popular character in the series, and is hailed as one of the best characters from it.
His design, while based on his pretty divisive counterpart's design from the 2002 movie, is considered pretty cool and even intimidating.
- Jason Mantzoukas's voice acting is also quite readily regarded as decent or fantastic.
He famously killed off Velma, who was the show's most hated character, at the end of the episode Til Death, which boosted his popularity significantly. It is hard to search for topics on Velma without seeing someone praise Scrappy's involvement in Velma's demise.
While the concept of Scrappy being a psychotic killer has been seen as absurd, he is considered the least annoying character in the entire series, and is also considered the most entertaining by many viewers. Overall one of the only characters in the series to have a following this largely significant.

Both him and his Scooby Apocalypse counterpart are the only versions of Scrappy-Doo to be on this wiki, which is ironic since his original counterpart is the reason why The Scrappy trope and wiki exists, which is the opposite of this trope and wiki.
