Scowl and Batso are secondary antagonists of Filmation's 1989 animated film, Happily Ever After. They are former owl and bat minions of Lord Maliss, but redeem themselves after Maliss' death.
Scowl was voiced by the late Ed Asner and Batso was voiced by Frank Welker, who also voiced the Ice Cream Man in the Lilo and Stich franchise
