Sallie May is a supporting character from the adult animated web series Helluva Boss. She is Millie's younger sister and Lin and Joe's second daughter.
She is voiced by Morgana Ignis.
What makes her a Ensemble Dark Horse?[]
- She only appeared in two episodes for a few seconds, yet she became so popular to the point that she appeared in a lot official merchandise.
- Because of her popularity, she reappeared as the protagonist in the series' first short Hell’s Belles, where her relationship with her sister Millie was further explored and it eventually increased her popularity, which was further boosted after it was confirmed that she has more appearances on the series.
- She is beloved for being a positive transgender representation. She is implied to be trans due to her horns having thick white stripes that only male imps have, and she also has white hair roots that imply that she also dyed her hair from white to black, as white hair is common on male imps while black is common on females.
- In an official art for 2024 Pride Month, she was also confirmed to be a lesbian, making fans even happier. Her VA (who is also trans and lesbian) also confirmed that her being a lesbian will be confirmed in the main series.
- Her design is pretty attractive and her outfit is cool as well.
- Even with her minimal appearance on the series, fans already loved her due to her snarky personality, making fun of Moxxie and bragging that unlike Millie, she can still participate in the Pain Games by hiding the bodies of people she killed.
