Pharaoh Man is a minor antagonist and boss from Mega Man 4.
He is a Robot Master created by Russian scientist Dr. Mikhail Cossack, originally created to explore ancient ruins. When the evil scientist Dr. Wily forced Cossack to work for him by holding his daughter Kalinka hostage, Pharaoh Man was modified to fight against Mega Man.

- Many enjoy the thematics of his design and stage, with him being based on an Egyptian pharaoh and his stage being an ancient tomb.
- Fans enjoy his stage's theme music, which starts off intimidating but gives the feeling of adventure and challenge which fits with the character.
- His signature weapon, Pharaoh Shot, is considered to be one of the most overpowered weapons to get while playing through Mega Man 4, due to its versatility through being able to be aimed and the high amount of damage it deals when charged.
- In the Ruby-Spears cartoon, he has a memorable scene where he gets his weapon stolen by Mega Man and punches him in response, proving that he can still put up a fight unlike most other Robot Masters whom either panic or get left helpless when Mega Man copies their powers.
