Mm-hmm.
~ Marble Pie showing her shyness.

Marble Pie is a minor character in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

She is the youngest sister of the Pie family and she is also the shyest of all, almost never speaking due to her shyness. However, she is also the kindest of the Pie family (only behind Pinkie).

She is voiced by Ingrid Nilson, who also voiced her other sisters, Maud and Limestone.

What Makes Her an Ensemble Dark Horse?[]

  • Her shyness has been described by many as adorable at best and because she is the youngest, many find her even more adorable than she already is.
  • She is considered the friendliest of the Pie family (behind Pinkie and perhaps Maud) as she was the only one who did not seem visibly upset or neutral upon her arrival, she only hid due to her shyness and yet when Pinkie introduced her, she responded with a gentle "Mm-hmm."
  • Due to her shyness, many compare her to Fluttershy, and because of this several fan comics are created where they are friends and/or rivals. Many also jokingly say that Fluttershy seems much more assertive if they compare her to Marble.
  • She loves her sisters very much, she was the one who showed Limestone the advice she gave to Pinkie later, also in issue 86 of the Friendship is Magic comics she asks both Pinkie and Maud for help (even trusting Maud even though she's not much of a party pony).
  • The entire fandom felt sorry for her after the "Best Gift Ever" special where Big Mac stands next to Sugar Belle while Marble looks on sadly.
  • In general, thanks to her shyness, attitude and cuteness, she quickly became one of the favorites, and along with her sisters Limestone and Maud, they are considered one of the best sororities in the series, and many really wanted more episodes focused on them.
