A map holding S.T.A.F.F. Bots are the supporting robot characters in Five Night's at Freddy's: Security Breach. It's one of the few non-hostile S.T.A.F.F. Bots whom Gregory encounter in the base game.
It's voiced by a text-to-speech. The male vocal voice is done by Daniel while the female vocal voice is done by Callie.
What Makes It an Ensemble Dark Horse?[]
- While being a harmless robot, many players, including Youtubers were caught off guard being jumpscared by the harmless S.T.A.F.F. bots like Markiplier, DanTDM, and more. And the Jumpscare is played for comedy and less infuriating unlike it's fellow STAFF Bots.
- Even Gregory being annoyed by the Map Bots, makes this funnier since its purpose is to give him the map.
- Map Bots can also be seen in the van ending to give Gregory a map one last time.
- Ray McCaffrey confirms Map Bot is replaced by Mask Bot despite having an identical model, much to fans' disappointment.
- Map Bots became the valentine card by Steel Wool Productions.
Trivia[]
- Ironically, Map Bot is the only variant of STAFF Bots ended up as Ensemble Dark Horse, while the generic STAFF Bots were Scrappy because of infuriating Jumpscare encounters.
