Hanami is a major antagonist in the anime/manga series Jujutsu Kaisen. They are one of the cursed spirits (along with Jogo, Mahito, and Dagon) who want the extinction of humanity. Hanami, unlike their allies, wants to get rid of not because they want to replace humanity with cursed spirits, but because of their mistreatment towards nature.
They were voiced by the late Atsuko Tanaka in Japanese and Marie Westbrook in the English dub.

- Their design is praised for being cool and terrifying.
- They have a justifiable motive where their hatred towards humanity comes from their disregard towards nature, making them more sympathetic compared to the other cursed spirits in their group.
- They are a powerful fighter with many cool powers, such as being able to manipulate cursed plants and creating a field of flowers that weakens their opponents' wills to fight.
- Due to being killed by Satoru Gojo before they could show the full extent of their power, many believe Hanami was underutilized as a character and wished to see more from them.
