The Great Mighty Poo is a minor antagonist in the 2001 Nintendo 64 game Conker's Bad Fur Day. He is quite literally a giant mound of feces that inhabits a lair inside of a giant mountain made out of said feces.

He was voiced by Chris Marlow in both the original and the remaster, although with a slightly different performance for both, the remastered version of the song having a deeper voice and an added echo for the cavern he inhabits.

What Makes Him an Ensemble Dark Horse?

• Despite the fact that the character serves as a boss to one of the game's worlds, and one that is incredibly quick to beat no less, he is considered one of the main highlights to the game, and in fact one of the few elements that people generally agree aged well compared to the rest of the game.
• Part of the appeal of the Great Mighty Poo comes from how utterly ridiculous of a concept he is, being a giant mound of fecal matter that sings opera, singing about how he's going to throw bits of himself at you, and how he plans to ram you up his butt.
• The song that accompanies the boss battle with him is also considered to be very memorable, to the point of reaching meme status.
