Dorothea Arnault is supporting character from in both Fire Emblem Three Houses and Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes. Dorothea was once the daughter of a maid working with a nobleman in the Adrestian Empire. Both she and her mother were both casted out of the houses, Dorothea’s mother would soon died from an illness leaving her daughter all alone as a street orphan. Is wasn’t until a woman named Manuela Casagranda took her in to the Mittelfrank Opera Company where Dorothea became a songstress there. Years later Dorothea enrolled into the Officers Academy, and joined the Black Eagles House with one goal in mind, find a partner for her to spend the rest of her life with.

Dorothea is voiced by Allegra Clark in English, and Juri Nagatsuma in Japanese.

What Makes Her an Ensemble Dark Horse

• Dorothea is one of the most friendliest students in Garreg Mach. She always very supportive to those around her, and is always tried to meet everyone students as equal in the Officers Academy. Like in her support with Petra where Dorothea just to help Petra feel less home sick by cooking something similar find in her homeland Brigid. Or in her support with Bernadetta where she tried to be friends with her, but Bernadetta afraid that if she does then her father Count Varley would bring harm to Dorothea similar to what happened to Yuri and he make friend with her. However Dorothea can be resentment towards those in the nobility, particularly Ferdinand and Lorenz. But that’s only because how certain nobles treat Dorothea in the past, so you really can’t blame her for this resentment towards them.
• At first it’s mean seems like Dorothea only chasing love for somebody just for their money, but in reality she wants to find a partner that can give her comfortable life together. She fear that she will just end up back on the streets like throughout most of her childhood life. Well also fearing that her voice and her beauty won’t last forever once she grow old.
• Much like Marianne Dorothea go through some development in the story. Although unlike Marianne Dorothea grows more depressed in the timeskip. She still is cheerful and supported to her friends, but now she feels more and more remorse over the loss of life towards the common folk and soldiers that are fighting just to survive.
• Dorothea is one of the most Deployed units on the Online Stats feature in Three Houses. Not because she was one of the best units but because players like Dorothea so much and want to uses her.
