Creepy Susie is a major character from the 2001 adult animated series The Oblongs.
She is the dreary, death-obsessed 11-year-old friend of Milo Oblong who speaks with a French accent and, as a result from the radation, floats 6 inches into the air.
What Makes Her an Ensemble Dark Horse?[]
- She is arguably the most popular character in the entire show, so much so that the character alone overshadows it. This is despite the fact that the character doesn't do much in the show, and rarely ever speaks.
- She is most memorable for the various dark jokes and one-liners she makes, most of which pertain to death.
- Plenty of people also like her French accent, which oddly seems to fit well with her morbid character, and gives her an added aura of charisma.
- One possible contributing factor is how the character had actually debuted in a book made by the creator of the show, Angus Oblong, called Creepy Susie and 13 Other Tragic Tales for Troubled Children, being the titular character, the character that appears on its front cover, and has an entire story dedicated to her.
