Alexander is an NPC from the video game, Elden Ring. He is one of the known living jars who travels in Lands Between. He is the uncle of Jar-Bairn.
He is voiced by Kevin Howarth.
What Makes Him an Ensemble Dark Horse?[]
- His character arc is that he wanted to become a champion, but he's yet-to-be experienced. He also vowed that the warriors path should be tread alone, in which he won't return from his homeland, Jarburg. Being a sentient living jar doesn't stop him becoming an adventurous warrior.
- His nephew also wanted to become one.
- He is an animate-inanimated object expy of Siegmeyer, the Onion knight of Catarina from Dark Souls.
- He is very friendly towards the Tarnished, being the one of the known amicable npcs in Caelid.
- He participated at Radahn Festival, and his near-death experience (Be it Starscourge Radahn's meteor attack) blows his ego from being a proud warrior, and he vowed to become stronger, spiritually, as in, using the souls of the dead warriors as a fuel.
- He came into Mt. Gelmir to temper himself in a sea of fire, strengthening his body. He unknowingly commits a cardinal sin and got banished by The Golden Order.
- His final goal is wanting to spar the Tarnished a final time to prove his honour to be a great warrior and a champion, even if it means at the cost of his life due understanding the lives of the great warriors and fighters.
